Growing up I hated math with a passion, to me it just seemed like a load of crap they were making up just to have work for us to do. It was always memorize this and memorize that and whenever you asked “what does this do?” or “why is there a letter in here?” the teachers always seemed to say “you’ll learn that in a later year”
well forget that! I thought if I can’t understand it now I guess I never will… but they were right, which is why I will never be a mathematician or a rocket scientist haha. Nonetheless though, my questions of “what does this do?” and constant aberration of the word “why” had a purpose just outside the specificity of math while still containing it.
As always when you grow older my understanding of the world broadened and subjects such as math and science suddenly became present and applicable… In my experience through deep and free thinking I’ve noticed at the base of (I won’t say everything though I’m tempted to) many things in life, at least in a very general sense, things seem to be grouped in 3’s.
The number is riddled all over religion, science, and a ton of other areas… however the last and most important figure in the history of the number is the ancient greek mathematician and philosopher Pythagoras.
Before I go into who Pythagoras was and what he did check out this list I’ve prepared…If this doesn’t peak your curiosity I don’t know what will.
